About Me – Illia Bychenko
My name is Illia Bychenko. I am a professional trainer and mentor specializing in bodyweight home workouts. My primary focus is on helping individuals integrate physical training into their daily routine, with an emphasis on developing strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility.

Education
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, specializing in Physical Culture. My academic background provided a foundation in physiology, training methodologies, and effective instructional techniques.
Training Experience and Philosophy
I train personally in the same manner that I instruct others, following a consistent, practical, and sustainable approach. My training methodology combines strength exercises, cardio-intensive movements, and mobility/stretching routines, structured to improve overall physical performance while remaining realistic and maintainable over time.
I developed the BYCHENKOFIT SYSTEM, a four-week home-based program designed to progressively enhance all key physical attributes without requiring specialized equipment. My sessions are short but intense, enabling consistent practice and measurable results.
